We are beginning Block 3 of the Sampler Throw Crochet Along. On this block you will learn to use the Shell Stitch and Fpdc (front post double crochet). A How-To video on YouTube is available for those needing to see how these stitches are worked. Tell us about your progress; show us pics of your squares as you go. There are five different stitch blocks for this project. You can us any Red Heart yarn and colors of your choice. I have selected 10 different colors of Eco-Ways yarns for my throw.
Grab your hooks and yarn and let’s get started on our Sampler Throw Crochet Along. We haven’t set a deadline or completion date on this project, wanting you to work at your own pace. There will be lots of help along the way so if you have questions, just ask and someone will help you understand. The Red Heart team is gearing up to head to Santa Clara, CA for the Stitches West Show. We are bringing the Double Stitch Twins with us and they will be doing Demo’s each day on the Show floor @ 12:30pm. Also, the Double Stitch Twins will be attending the Pajama Party at 10:00pm on Friday night at the Hilton Hotel. So come on out and meet them and the Red Heart team!
