Do you have that certain person that has everything in your life? Everyone does! I have an idea for you that is perfect for any household. Below I have found some knit and crochet patterns that are easy enough to whip up for a last minute gift or for that person that has everything. If you want to make it a little more special you can combine with a nice bar of soap, pump soap or even dish soap. I know my mother would love this. Guess what mom? I am also taking this opportunity to introduce you to one of our newest yarns called Red Heart Scrubby. It's not one-of-a-kind, but pretty close. We love it here and apparently so do a lot of other people. I have listed some patterns below that are made with Scrubby and Creme de la Creme. First we have a chevron dishcloth made out of Scrubby. Make one or two in these colors or choose your own. Scrubby yarn is 100% polyester so it dries quickly. If you are looking for something with a little different shape try this hexagon dishcloth. They don't all have to be square. Creme de la Creme yarn is 100% cotton and excellent for making dish or bath cloths. This mitered dishcloth is an old pattern from Red Heart that has been updated with some new colors. This time of year everyone needs a little simplicity in their life. Try this Simple Crochet Dishcloth. It will work up quickly and makes a nice hostess gift. We would never leave out our knitters so here is a Simple Knit Dishcloth. Make one as a gift and for yourself. The Starfish Dishcloths have been around for a while, but have continued to be popular. I can picture them in the beach house that I will have one day or maybe just in the bathroom that I have decorated in a beach theme. The latter sounds more like it. The Clean in Stripes Dishcloth is another one for our knitters. It is an easy pattern that can give a little color to a neutral color scheme. You may have already seen another blog I did with this lovely bouquet of cuteness, but they are worth showing again. What a wonderful way to display your dishcloths or washcloths. Put some small bars of soap in a vase, place the cloths in shapes of flowers and you have yet another perfect handmade gift. I know for a fact that some children just do not like bath time so here are some fun designs for kids that just might help. Combine their bath with some exciting animals and hopefully the getting clean struggle might get a little easier.
