Wednesday Night Stitching Challenge Season 7, Week 1

Welcome to the Wednesday Night Stitching Challenge! For the next 4 weeks you’re invited to a virtual “stitch and sip”. Everyone’s so busy it can be hard to find time to work on your projects, especially with the holidays approaching, so I’ve found it best to set aside time each week. Wednesdays fit my schedule best, but you can choose any evening that suits your schedule.

We’d love to see what you’re working on! Please share your projects — in progress or complete –on our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and Tumblr. Tag your posts with #WNSC so everyone can see!

This week I’m knitting the Multi-Textured Cowl in our new Mixology line of yarns. I love how Mixology lets you mix and match yarns. The colorways are designed to match, so changing to different colors is easy.

I love to wear blue and green so I’m using the Calypso colorway, which has Royal and Jade in Mixology Solids, plus Calypso Print in Mixology Prints and Calypso in Mixology Swirl.

I just finished making another hooded scarf. I used Red Heart Super Saver in the colorway Blue Tones. I think I have made at least a half a dozen of them. One for me, one for my sister, and then more just because the pattern is easy.

What a fun idea. I’ll bookmark it so I can participate next week. Working on a mermaid blanket for a friends little girl using RHSS.

Made a cowl for my daughter who just presented me with my first granddaughter! I used holiday sparkle (white with silver). I don’t have it with me :-/
